My client is currently looking for an office administrator to assist them with admin & secretarial duties.  This will be a 6 Month Contract starting from 03 January 2015.  Immediate starters Only.

 

Requirements:

  • Matric – Grade 12 Certificate
  • Diploma in Office Management or Secretarial will be Advantageous

 

Duties

  • Diary Management
  • Record Keeping – receiving of internal & external mail
  • Maintain Library register
  • Updating of filing system 
  • Opening of new files 
  • Compliance Controlling
  • Ensuring that All office equipment are in working order
  • Purchasing of stationery
  • Compiling monthly reports
  • Typing of All documents
  • Attend to All Admin
