My client is currently looking for an office administrator to assist them with admin & secretarial duties. This will be a 6 Month Contract starting from 03 January 2015. Immediate starters Only.
- Matric – Grade 12 Certificate
- Diploma in Office Management or Secretarial will be Advantageous
- Diary Management
- Record Keeping – receiving of internal & external mail
- Maintain Library register
- Updating of filing system
- Opening of new files
- Compliance Controlling
- Ensuring that All office equipment are in working order
- Purchasing of stationery
- Compiling monthly reports
- Typing of All documents
- Attend to All Admin
