Required qualifications: Grade 12; Good report writing, telephonic and communication skills; Previous Admin experience; Computer literate and experience; Must be fluent in English; Sober Habits; Able to work under pressure; Must be trustworthy; Creative and problem solver; Ability to work independently and in a team; Clear criminal record.
Duties and responsibilities: Assist Operation Manager; Punctuality of reports and reporting; Recruitment when necessary; Keeping up to date record of leave (sick / leave); Keeping IOD register up to date; Filing; reporting to Regional Administrators; Reports on status of the guards monthly.
