We are looking for an admin clerk to join our successful team in media industry. The contract will be for 1 year to assist the recruitment desk with administration:

Admin Functions

·      Answer office telephone

·      Meeting minutes

·      Complete application forms

·      Personal admin

·      General research

·      Organise functions and staff functions

Requirements:

· Matric / Grade 12

· Good command of English language

· reliable and presented

· Recruitment admin experience would be an advantage but not necessarily needed

· High energy levels and willingness to learn

Please note: Induction & Training

The company provides;

2 Days compulsory training to obtain the skills in management, business skills development, leadership skills, marketing skills, administration skills.

14 weeks practical on the Job training to obtain the knowledge and experience in the business skill set office based operations.
