Administration Manager

Pinelands  | R15 000 – R18 000 PER MONTH

 

Our client, a well-established company, is looking for an Administration Manager to support operations by supervising staff; planning, organizing, and implementing administrative systems.

 

Job Description :

  • Bookkeeping (Pastel) – Overseeing accounts staff
  • General Admin
  • Management of Admin Team (4 Staff)
  • Online Banking (Payments)/Processing of Cash Book
  • Supplier invoice approvals for payment
  • Oversight of Contracts/Service Agreements
  • Oversight of Debt Collection
  • Oversight of GTN & KZN Branch Admin (remotely).
  • Reporting to : Managing Director

 

Job Requirements:

  • Previous Admin Management experience is ideal
  • Tertiary Qualification (B comm. or equivalent)
  • Office Administration experience > 3 years
  • Client liaison and Credit Control & Debt collection exposure.
  • Strong PC skills/ Microsoft OFFICE – Highly literate
  • Pastel experience is essential
  • Organized; Confident on personal and professional level; Confrontation skills;
  • Clear communicator. Attention to detail, Strong Numerically
  • Flexible, quick learner/self-starter, committed.
  • Own Transport
