Well established company in Somerset West is seeking to employ the expertise of a Administrative Assistant with a minimum of 4 years experience.

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Computer literacy in Excel, Word and Internet
  • Working knowledge of Pastel 
  • Well presented and good telephone manner.
  • Attention to detail

Key Performance areas: Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Switchboard 
  • General filling 
  • Internal Sales Co-ordination
  • Adhoc Administrative duties
