ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLEA construction company is seeking to employ an administrative assistant start immediately. The candidate should be flexible and willing to work in a team and be a support structure to team members. Must have the ability to work under pressure and be able to work in a deadline driven environment. 

  • Filing and various administration tasks

  • Follow up and deal with client queries

  • Receiving all documents

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Data capturing of relevant information

     

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Grade 12/Matric-Essential

  • Previous administrative/data capturing experience/receptionist experience

  • Computer Literacy essential (Excel, word, power point)

KEY ATTRIBUTES AND COMPETENCIES

  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Must have the ability to work within a team

  • Must have the ability to work under pressure and take initiative

  • Excellent administrative skills

 

SALARY   R5000
