ADMINISTRATION CLERK / RECEPTION

A company in the construction industry, based in Brackenfell
is looking for an Administration Clerk to start working on 1 February 2018 or
soonest date thereafter, with the following requirements:

  • Bookkeeping qualifications

  • +/- 5 Years’ experience in an accounting
    environment

  • Knowledge & experience of Pastel essential

  • Allocating invoices of suppliers

  • Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
    essential

  • Filing and other office administration

  • Update daily Attendance register

  • Administrations of Workmen’s Compensation and
    medical aid of employee’s

  • Operating switchboard and good communication

  • Attention to detail on contracts and paperwork
    from clients

  • Excellent work ethic and ability to work with
    minimum supervision

  • Salary negotiable
