ADMINISTRATOR | INTERNATIONAL CAR RENTAL COMPANY
CAPE TOWN | SALARY R9 150 PM
PERM POSITION | START ASAP
Our client, a giant in the car rental industry, has an opportunity to join their team as an Administrator.
Working hours: Mon – Fri 8am to 5pm working every 2nd weekend, 5 hours on Saturday and 5 hours on Sunday, no days off during the week.
The person will be trained first at the airport so for the 1st month and so will work airport shifts.
REQUIREMENTS & DUTIES
- Operate internal computer systems
- Creditors control
- Company related batching
- Company related account for documents for auditing purposes
- Data capturing – input fuel and staff hours in excel
- Answer the phones
- Arrange training, facilities and refreshments
- Coordinate staff birthdays
- Coordinate expiry dates of licenses and PDP’s
- Maintain and purchase the stationery stock
- Maintain and purchase office supplies
- Assist at the airport when busy
- Ad hoc admin duties
