Call centre dialer manager and IT support person urgently required!!

A Call Centre in Cape Town requires a Senior Dialler Administrator in their Business Intelligence Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the dialler related functions (calling strategies, intra – day performance, call routing, etc.) and to ensure call centre strategies are implemented.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

· Execute and manage dialler strategy to ensure campaigns are efficiently meeting business goals

· Implement and manage dialling strategy based on analytics encompassing various dialling campaigns

· Optimize the daily performance on the Dialler

· Responsible for the management, administration and constant monitoring of the dialler system

· Responsible for the analysing dialler reports ; to include real-time adjustments and campaign changes to drive peak KPI’s related to the dialler’s performance, agent performance, campaign results and strategic objectives, as well as, identifying trends and making subsequent recommendations for actions to be taken as a result of the trends


  • IT related qualification a Must!
  • Min 2 years’ experience working with a dialler essential
  • Experience in a Call Centre environment an advantage
  • Strong SQL experience is a must

· Strong reporting and analytical capabilities with the confidence and ability to make real-time adjustments without supervision

· Hands-on experience operating a predictive / power dialler system preferred (CIC platform a plus)

· Working knowledge of campaign management fundamentals

· Professionalism, self-motivation, goal oriented, resourceful and dedicated

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to work well independently and within a team environment

· Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
