We are currently searching for a Campus Talent Acquisition Manager that will be responsible for leading and executing on attraction strategies for our entire Campus to ensure that we proactively
attract and recruit the talent needed to deliver on our strategic plan.

Skill level/profile requirements, 5+ years recruitment experience, Proven management experience
The ability to influence people and win friends quickly, Phenomenal communication skills, A can-do attitude, A willingness to go above and beyond your role when needed, Proficiency in Google Suite to build and maintain recruitment models, Experience in a range of ATS’s a plus, A non-traditional approach to recruitment to solve intricate attraction problems
