Minimum Educational Requirements:
· Have a college or university qualification in health/health management or health related fields.
Experience:
- Have a proven employment record in a management position in the EMS (Emergency Medical Service) environment.
Other Requirements:
Valid driver’s license code B/EB.
Clinical skills in Emergency and Trauma Medicine.
Knowledge of Medico-legal matters and their application to EMS and Emergency departments.
Deep knowledge of operations and systems in EMS.
Competency in Public Sector Financial Management systems,Labour Relations, Human Resource Management and Development,EMS Information Management, and Emergency Communication systems.
Possess the following skills:
- Interpersonal skills
- Public Relations skills
- Negotiation skills
- Facilitation skills
- Counseling skills
- Presentation and Public Speaking skills
Computer Literacy Skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint, Email and Internet.
Annual Salary: 771,306 Rands per year (Negotiable)
