Confident office assistant needed to attend to various administrative tasks.

Individual must be a strong character that is extremely hard working and well presentable.

Candidate must be able to work under pressure and also able to work with very difficult clients at times.

You will need to resolve problem/issues and queries as they come in.

You will also need to take initiative. and be able to multi task.

Other duties include, filing, answering calls, maintaining and updating various excel spreadsheets, typing up of quotations (typing speed approx. 50 WPM) liaising with insurance companies and loss adjusters, emailing of quotes etc.

General office duties.


Matric certificate is a minimum requirement.
