Candidate Requirements:
Grade 12 with a minimum of two years’ work experience as a
Receptionist
Afrikaans and English speaking
Proven working experience in a front office handling
receptionist responsibilities
Fully computer literate in Excel, Word & Outlook
Professional appearance
Solid communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues
that may arise
Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under
pressure
High personal standards in terms of work ethic, professionalism
and punctuality.
High standard interpersonal skills
Able to work well in a team environment
Clear credit & criminal record
Additional tertiary qualification preferable

Responsibilities:
Serve
visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
Answer,
screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information
when needed
Receive and
sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
Update
appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
Perform
other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating,
faxing etc.
Liaising
with queries department and management
Job specifications:
Start date: February 2018
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm
Salary R6,000.00 per month
Leave: 18 days per year
