We are looking for an experienced call centre agent or loan administrator with the following attributes:

– Ideal candidate to be between 25 and 35 years old

– Minimum 2 year relevant industry experience

– NCR, FICA, FAIS, Code of Conduct, Anti-Fraud etc. training certificates

– Good communication skills (verbal and written)

– Excellent PC skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Loan Management software – will be tested)

– Needs to be able to type fast

– Industry specific references

– Clean and sober habits

– Afrikaans and English proficient (written and orally)

– Two clear pictures (Head shot and full body)

Position available from 1 January 2015. Three month probation period, then full-time.

Starting salary of R9,000 to R11,000 depending on experience
