Main Purpose:


To be responsible for the effective implementation of the fleet management, facilities
management, occupational health & safety processes, reception as well as travelling and
catering functions.

Key Responsibilities:


• Facilities management;
• Fleet management;
• Contract management;
• Occupational Health and Safety coordination;
• Managing the reception, catering as well as travelling coordination functions;
• Staff Management including the appraisal of performance, discipline and productivity;
• Stakeholder management and overseeing implementation of service level agreements;
• Report writing and coordination of annual performance plans; and
• Ensures adherence to policies, procedures, treasury regulations, SCM processes and PFMA
regulations.

Key Requirements:


• Degree/National Diploma or equivalent in Facilities Management and Occupational Health and
Safety qualification;
• Knowledge in Facilities Management, Fleet Management, Occupational Health and Safety and
Contract Management;
• Effective Communication and interpersonal skills;
• Knowledge of treasury regulations, SCM processes and PFMA regulations;
• A valid Code B (former Code 08) driver’s license is essential;
• Good presentation and project management skills;
• Stress tolerance and good planning and organising skills;
• Computer literacy and excellent report writing skills.
