Experienced finance clerk for established, busy medical practice required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric
  • Excellent computer skills 
  • Spreadsheet skills (Excel experience/skill compulsory)
  • Previous finance experience advantageous
  • Accounting knowledge would be great

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS      

  • Debtors collection
  • Debtors invoicing
  • Debtors statements
  • Reconciling debtors payments to invoices
  • Creditors invoice capturing
  • Creditors reconciliation and payment
  • Liaison with 3rd parties

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

  • HONESTY
  • Do not apply if you have a criminal record or are listed with ITC
  • attention to detail and methodical work method
  • ability to work accurately and thoroughly
  • organized (ability to plan, organize & control own work)
  • ability to work towards deadlines
