Floor Manager

As a dynamic growing brand, we cater for the fashion conscious, fun-loving brand supporter by offering a range of fashionable branded sportswear.

We are looking for a Floor Manager who is passionate about retail, is sales and target driven, has good business sense and is committed to exceeding customer service.

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Promoting and managing turnover.
  • Ensuring that visual merchandising and housekeeping standards are maintained.
  • Managing the store budget.
  • Ensuring that administration and control procedures are adhered to.
  • Managing aspects related to staffing.

Requirements

In order to apply, you must have:

  • A strong customer service orientation.
  • A flair for visual merchandise presentation.
  • A good administration orientation.
  • Experience in managing a team.
  • A keen interest in retail and sales/selling.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good leadership skills.
  • Good planning and organising skills.
