Essential Skills (not limited to);

  • Micros experience
  • Knowledge of Italian cuisine
  • Able to fulfil a full hospitality employee function at all levels
  • Complaint handling and customer relations
  • IR experience
  • Must have a vibrant, outgoing extroverted personality
