  • Conducts supplier

  • Management reviews/
    HACCP team meetings
  • Liaises as key
    contact person during external audits (BRC/IFS, Organics, FT, Customer audits)
  • Acts as a Document
    controller
  • Non-conformance close
    out/ co-ordination of NCR system
  • Ensures traceability/
    mass balances/mock recalls performed as per schedule and as per customer
    requirement
  • Writes Customer
    declarations requested
  • CCP validations to be
    performed each year
  • Raises Corrective
    Action Reports

  • Training aid creation
    / training program co-ordination relating to Food safety
  • Competencies and prior experience needed:
  • HACCP system
    implementation
  • Supplier audit /
    Internal audits

Requirements:

  • Related degree
  • Needs to implement HACCP procedures
  • Experience with BRC standards
