Duties include, but are not limited to:
General admin and filing
Procurement of Stationary Supplies and Office Grocery Requirements
Assisting recruitment department
Liaise with Operations Manager/Site Managers/Project Managers
Coordinate all travel arrangements
Keep all databases up to dateAssist operations team with adhoc duties
Skills and experience required:
Tertiary education in a related area will be advantageous
+- 1 year relevant experience in a similar position
Computer Literate in MS Office,Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
The ideal candidate is dedicated, driven, honest, reliable and presentable. He/She will be a team player who is also able to take initiative as an individual. Being proactive and having superb time management is vital in this fast paced, high pressured and ever changing environment. His/Her attention to detail will ensure that all operations run smoothly and overall efficiency is achieved.
Must have own reliable transport and be willing to work after hours and occasionally, weekends.
