German speaking Bookkeeper / Accounts Manager (Cape Town, CBD)

Our client, an Accounting Services company in Cape Town, which has been serving mostly foreign owned businesses for the past 5 years, would like to employ a German speaking Bookkeeper / Accounts Manager. The company offers you a professional working environment in a young and dynamic team. 

Key Performance Areas:

·         Managing accounts and tax files of larger clients (bookkeeping, payroll, SARS E-Filing)

·         Supervising the output of junior staff

·         Developing loyal client relationships with decision makers

·         Ensuring deadlines are met

 

Qualifications and Experiences:

·         Matric and a national accounting diploma

·         1-2 years’ accounting experience in a similar position

·         Proven client account management experience

 

Competencies required:

·         Excellent German and English communication skills (oral and written)

·         Excellent MS Office knowledge as well as Pastel, QuickBooks, VIP Payroll

·         Ability to work with minimal supervision

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·         Good stress management skills and the ability to work overtime due to deadlines
