Our client, a unique wine farm in the beautiful located Franschhoek wishes to employ a German speaking Office Administrator / Personal Assistant to join their dynamic team. The wine farm offers a beautiful working environment, a competitive salary package with accommodation option and free lunch every day.

Key Performance Areas

·         Typing of letters and emails in English and German

·         Handling incoming telephone calls

·         Booking travels for the Director

·         Diary Management

·         Occasionally help out on Guest House side

 

Qualifications and Experience

•     Matric

•     3 – 5 yeas’ general work experience

•     Office admin experience advantageous


Competencies required

·         Excellent language skills in English and German

·         Computer Literacy in MS Office and E-mail

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·         Willingness to take responsibility

·         Passion for customer service

·         Ability to work overtime and weekends if requested

·         Valid Driver’s License
