DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERFORMANCE STANDARDS Knowledge of Micros Fidelio, Opera and Front Office ManagementInterpersonal skills and communication needs to be of a high levelProblem solving, time management and decision making skills are essentialInnovation and team work are important to ensure the Front Office runs smoothlyAttention to detail is essentialResponsible for the management, operation and the staffing of the following functions: Reception, Switch board, Porterage and ConciergeFully familiarized with all hotel and company PoliciesConstantly assesses the training requirements of the functions as managed and implements regular training programmes Complete Duty manager checklist and White Glove room checklists per shift and communicate their findings and actions taken to hotel management team.
