Steeped in a rich history with a legacy of luxury and hospitality this up-market restaurant provides guests extraordinary cuisine, fine wine and spirits, and exceptional service. Offering dinners in the summer, and dinners and lunch in the winter, the restaurant also offers a tapas-style menu in an outside dining area. This is an excellent opportunity to work under an Executive Chef who includes everyone in the creative process. The Head Pastry Chef will oversee the Pastry section, preparing a la carte items, developing menus, training the pastry staff and controlling stock. Successful applicants must have a Culinary or Pastry qualification from a recognised institution, fine dining experience and a background in busy, up-market restaurants. This position requires an eye for detail, strong leadership skills and an energetic and creative approach. A knowledge of current culinary trends and seasonal produce as well as a passion for pastry are essential.
