Introduction : Reservationist needed to provide an efficient and professional Reservations service to guests, adhering to the company’s policies and procedures at all times. Minimal Requirements:Grade 12, PC Literate, Good telephone etiquette, 2-3 years relevant hotel reservations experience Key Performance Indicators:Ensure that guest queries are being dealt with in an efficient, prompt and courteous manner, thus achieving Guest satisfactionEnsure that maximum occupancies and turnover are achieved at all timesEnsure that all enquiries and requests for quotations are dealt with immediately according to company procedure.Ensure that you are at all times well acquainted with all of the hotel’s tariffs and special offers, as well as with all facilities available to the guest.Update of Guest DetailsEnsure that all guests are received and accommodated in an efficient and friendly manner.Ensure that all guest accounts are correct and ready on departureEnsure that all incoming telephone calls are dealt with in an efficient and courteous manner.
