Introduction : SEASONED HEAD CHEF FOR STYLISH GASTRO BISTRO – DUBAI – IMMEDIATE START! We are looking for a Head Chef to join this progressive hospitality group in the opening of their new Stylish Gastro Bistro. We require a Head Chef with a strong career history in European& International Cuisine. The role of Head Chef will be a hands-on one and you will assist the Executive Head Chef with the running and management of the kitchen team to ensure a top quality product is consistently delivered. The ideal candidate for the Head Chef role will be a strong leader with good communication skills and be financially astute, able to run a profitable kitchen. You will need at least seven years experience within similar European cuisine restaurant environments – Plus Pre-opening experience!!
