Introduction : One of South Africa’s leading 5* hotels, situated along the Cape Garden Route, seeks a qualified candidate for the position of Sous Chef to assist in the daily management of one of their popular themed restaurants. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:3 year Chefs Diploma3-5 years’ experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous ChefKnowledge of food ordering and costingHACCP knowledgeAll applications must have 4-6 photos of current dishes attached to the CV COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:Ability to manage multiple/ large volume food delivery pointsAchieving and maintaining top quality menus and food delivery All applications submitted must contain written proof of employment, supporting documents re training and tertiary education completed and a recent photograph, please. Please note: We can only consider candidates, who are South African Citizens or hold a valid South African Permanent Residence! No Work Permit applications will be entertained!
