Introduction : A very busy A la Carte restaurant situated in Hout Bay/Western Cape, seeks a Sous Chef for the summer season and offers a contract from 01 November 2014 – 30 April 2015.This outlet is part of a privately owned chain of restaurants and there might be a possibility for permanent employment thereafter, or in one of their other establishments. Our client will only consider candidates, who have a stable work history and have worked within upmarket restaurants. The position requires that the candidate has experience in larger restaurant environments of no less than 200-seats.During season this restaurant serves around 200-300pax for lunch & dinner and concentrates on seafood and grill dishes.All applications submitted must contain written proof of employment, supporting documents re training and education completed and a recent photograph please.Please note, that we can only consider candidates, who live in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town, have their own transport and are South African Citizens or hold valid South African Permanent Residence!
