HR Generalist

Salary: R20 000 CTC / Month

Location: Cape Town

About the company:

Our client, one of South Africa’s preferred outsourced sales call centres, a success orientated contact centre service provider, is looking to employ an HR Generalist.


• Facilitation of Recruitment and selection

• Administration and upkeep of Performance Appraisals and HR audits

• Preparation of monthly HR Reports for submission to Management

• Take accountability for the promotion of a healthy organisational climate

• Responsible to manage the company Policies and Procedures, disciplinary code of conduct and grievance procedures

• Good planning, organisational and analytical skills

• Compile and submit WSP and ATR reports

• Understand the need for confidentiality in dealing with all HR matters

• Facilitation of Employee Wellness

• Knowledge of labour trends, developments and legislation

• Able to effectively manage conflict situations and provide viable solutions to employee relations matters

• Maintains effective relationships with various stakeholders

• Manage and oversee Health and Safety as well as Employment Equity committee

• IR, warnings and initiating/attending hearings

Essential Requirements:

• Matric

• ITC and Crim Clear

• LLB, HR Diploma, Degree or equivalent

• 1 – 2 years’ experience

• Understanding of the contact centre industry
