HR  / RECRUITMENT MANAGER

SALARY IS NEGOTIABLE TO EXPERIENCE | MILNERTON, CAPE TOWN

START JANUARY 2015

 

Our client is a Non-Corporate,  National and well-established Outbound Call Centre. They are seeking an experienced HR Manager specialising in Recruitment and Training. Office hours are Monday to Friday 08:00am – 16:00pm. This position requires travelling to JHB once a month.

 

Job Requirements:

Matric .

Previous HR Management experience.

Solid Recruitment, Training and Development experience .

Must be able to think out the box, push boundary’s when needed and work in a challenging industry.

Strong leadership skills.

Be fully computer literate.

 

Work with call centre team managers, assistant managers and admin assistants on the below:

 

Recruitment:

Recruit the planned number of Sales staff and if needed admin staff timeously.

Ensure adequate advertising for staff needs.

Wording and Placement of ads.

Updating recruitment response stats.

Interview process including telephonic interviews, 1st and 2nd interviews, reference, criminal and credit checks.

oversee employment contracts.

 

Training and Development:

Ensure new staff is trained thoroughly.

Review existing staff performance to identify training needs .

Schedule training sessions.

Review training material.

 

Management:

Help to manage staff (Admin and Sales staff).

Discipline .

Firm management of staff.

Oversee disciplinary procedures .

Manage staff attendance & absenteeism .

Identify, set and positively enforce boundaries.

Be vigilant to underlying & problematic staff issues – handle and resolve quickly, ensuring other staff member’s ability to perform their duties is not affected  .

Handle performance management processes (very important!) in conjunction with the campaign  managers.

Be accountable for all legal processes with staff, working with the appointed labour lawyers.

Ensure that managers perform their duties and follow correct procedures.

Staff retention.

Communication of staff increases.

Awards and recognition.

Staff motivation.

Handle all admin processes around staff.

Filing of contracts.

Handling of leave forms.

Maintain staff records.

Liaison and handling of all COIDA matters.

Other.
