Our client is a Non-Corporate Call centre, seeking an experienced HR Manager specialising in Recruitment and Training.
Job Requirements:
Previous HR Management experience, including Recruitment and Training
Must be able to think out the box, push boundaries when needed and work in a challenging industry
Strong leadership skills
Be fully computer literate
Recruitment:
Recruit the planned number of Sales staff
Ensure adequate advertising for staff needs
Updating recruitment response stats
Interview process including 1st and 2nd interviews, reference checking
Appointments and oversee employment contracts
Training and Development:
Ensure new staff are trained thoroughly
Review existing staff performance to identify training needs
Management:
Oversee disciplinary procedures
Manage staff attendance & absenteeism
Handle performance management processes in conjunction with the team managers
Be accountable for all legal processes with staff, working with the appointed labour lawyers
Ensure that managers perform their duties and follow correct procedures
Staff retention
Communication of staff increases
Incentives, Awards and recognition
Staff motivation
Handle all admin processes around staff
Filing of contracts
Handling of leave forms
Maintain staff records
