SAP Administrator required for 3 month contract post starting on Monday 1st December

Must be immediately available

Requirements:

  • Matric and Secretarial Diploma / Qualification
  • Min 2 years relevant secretarial / office Admin experience
  • Valid code 08 drivers license and own car
  • Computer literate with SAP R/3 experience
  • Willing to work extra hours when required

Duties:

  • Processing of claims for expenses and financial documents
  • Documents and reports compilation using various packages
  • Maintenance of office inventories and supplies / refreshments
  • Process weekly and month end reports
  • Documents warehousing
  • Manage Ops Centre Manager’s diary
  • Coordinate functions, events, appointments and preparation agendas and meetings
  • Process emails, faxes and handle phone calls
  • Arrange accommodation, transport and flights for the OC staff and Manager
  • Maintain staff records
  • Process leave
  • Ensure that office equipment is operational
  • Maintain auditable record keeping system
