Immigration Case Manager


An exciting opportunity for an experienced case manager to join a dynamic team immigration professionals based in Cape Town.

Requirements:

  • 3 year’s experience in the South African immigration sector
  • A self starter who is passionate about getting it right each and every time
  • An organised thinker with the ability to develop and implement a plan to get the required outcome
  • Team player
  • Proven track recording of professional customer service & processing
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the business
  • Ability to multitask
  • Good recordkeeping & administrative skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Proactive approach to client service
  • Computer literate

Responsibilities:

  • End to end case management focusing on professional and accurate advice, exceptional customer services and adding value to each and every application
  • Accompanying clients to VFS and the Department of Home Affairs, and guiding them through the process
  • Maintaining accurate records of all files, and the progress thereof
  • Building constructive relationships with all stakeholder groups
  • Identify sales & referral opportunities among existing clients
  • Research and write website articles

Remuneration:

Basic plus commission
