Inbound call centre agents – Customer service

A permanent position exists, withing a leading BPO, based in Cape Town CBD. 

Training and monthly incentives are included the package.

Requirements:

Matric (essential) 

UK call centre experience (advantage)

1-2 Years international customer service experience is essential

Clear criminal record

SA citizen

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary:

R6000 salary per month

Shift allowance – 10% of basic

Perfomance Bonus – R1000 to R1200
