We’ve got a position available within our technical team.
-Dealing with clients via email/phone/in person to handle troubleshooting and returns
-Testing of PCs/components to determine or reproduce faults, building PCs/upgrading notebooks.
-Handling returns of faulty goods to our suppliers for warranty processing
-Working as part of a tight-knit team, becoming part of the future of our company
Attention to detail and great communicaiton skills are essential for this role.
We work in a very fast-paced industry and there will be lots to learn.

Skills and Traits Required:
-Solid grasp of the technical fundamentals of computers and consumer electronics
-Excellent English skills, fluency in Afrikaans is also a plus.
-Adaptability to be able to focus on a single task or be able to switch between multiple tasks
-Fast and enthusiastic learner
-Honest and ethical
-Logical thinking and inquisitive
-Ability to work both quickly and accurately
-Friendly, presentable and comfortable working with customers on a daily basis
-Keen eye for detail
-Experience building PCs is a big plus
-Must be over 18 and have own transport
-Matric or equivalent
-Must be able to work in Somerset West, Western Cape, full-time
