We are looking to appoint a Juristic Manager to operate from our Head Office which
is situated in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town.

The ideal candidate will be
at least a qualified attorney with ample experience within the financial
institution environment (pre-legal, legal departments & sales in
executions), the property related industry (drafting of agreements with insight
into conveyancing matters), risk assessment, as well as general governance and
legal compliance and also skilled in alternative dispute resolution.

whilst assisting in setting the trend in providing multi-faceted solutions to
clients within a strong regulatory framework are invited to apply for this

The successful applicant will be responsible and
accountable to the board for the juristic division of the organization and to
grow it with the organization’s needs. Additionally, the applicant will be
working very close with the appointed panel attorneys’ conveyancing department.
This opportunity will include – legal governance, risk management and
assessment with regards to risk committee meetings. Qualified
as an Attorney with LL.B or B.Comm LL.B degree with at least 8 to 10 years’
experience or more as a commercial attorney with strong contractual drafting
experience in the property sector;

conveyancing background as an added bonus;

– Able to work under pressure and
be by nature a solution provider;

– Driven by a greater vision and
passion for people and not only in the financial benefits of the position;

– E-enabled – Excellent in
Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Attorneys and Conveyancing programs and

– Able to assist & facilitate
numerous transaction with multiple team members;

– Experience in property law and
finance with regards to purchase and sales of property;

– Relationships with Financial
Institutions and their Legal and Arrears Departments will be advantageous;

– Excellent reporting and client
communication skills;

– Need to be at least fully bilingual
(Afrikaans and English);

– A good working knowledge of
basic accounting is a necessity;

– Experience in distressed
property market will be advantageous;

– Owns a motor vehicle and
driver’s license;

– Must be willing to work after-hours
as and when required;

– To commence in this position as
soon as possible;

– Be comfortable to associate
with a Christ driven Organization.
