Qualified Chef / Kitchen Manager required for a production kitchen producing large scale health meals.

  1. Excellent English and communication skills
  2. Excellent HACCP and food safety knowledge
  3. Excellent cooking skills and food knowledge
  4. Strong leadership and good man management skills
  5. Own reliable transport
  6. Computer literate on higher level
  7. Rational and logical thinker with excellent planning skills
  8. The ability to work under pressure
  9. CV with recent picture and contactable references
  10. Able to assist with high end functions, canapes etc on occasional over time

Working hours – Sunday – Thursday – 07h00 am – 16h00 pm, Friday and Saturday off

Salary R7000 – 21 days paid leave per annum
