Maintenance Supervisor – Small Hotel

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to take over the upkeep and maintenance of all the properties in our portfolio.

What we are looking for:

Able to handle pressure, and still operate effectively
Energetic, proactive person
Good interpersonal skills – able to function as part of a team
Attention to detail and initiative
Diligence and self-motivation to meet deadlines and keep on top of your job
Willingness/ability to share information and teach and inspire others
Duties include:
Oversee all maintenance at the hotel – plumbing, electrical, building, carpentry
Manage stock control system
Negotiate the best prices
Supervising two maintenance staff members.
Computer knowledge is a MUST.
Flexible working hours
A VALID unendorsed SA Drivers licence is a MUST
