Primary duties

§  To manage the total switchboard function 

§  Data capturing

§  Responsible for maintaining neatness and accuracy of documents required by Agents

§  Ordering and control of office stationery and consumables

§  Typing and other administration for management

§  Filing to be kept up to date

§  Website listings quality control: – quantity & quality of photos, property description, check language and spelling

§  Excellent understanding of all office equipment

§  Inform service providers of all breakages and problems with equipment

§  Provide management and staff with Admin support

§  Supervise general office neatness

§  Post office and general office control

§  Show house register and booking activities

§  Assisting agents with computer systems & software and support as delegated by the Office Manager

Must be available to start on 1st December 2014.
