ADMINISTRATION POSITION

 

A company based in Athlone Cape Town, is seeking to recruit a friendly and energetic Office Administrator in the entertaining and logistic industry.

 

Purpose of the Role:

 

Successful candidate must have Matric and previous admin experience. 

Requirements:

> Must have excellent communication and Telephone skills
>Fluent in Afrikaans & English
> Must have excellent organisational and typing skills
> Ability to multi-task and manage more than one project at a time
> Must be computer literate (MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
> Fast learner and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

>Driving License would be advantageous

> Min 3 year’s administrative experience

>Flexibility- Must be willing to work over weekends assisting with catering.

 

Duties Include:

 

Answer and direct telephone calls and take messages
General housekeeping reception area
General administration duties for executives and operations
