My client has a vacancy for an Office Administrator to join their dynamic team.

Duties include the following, but not limited to:

  • The person will be responsible for a number of clients in the Motor Body Repair product, load finance requests on an admin system, liaise with the clients to solve issues and follow up payment with Insurance companies
  • Follow company policy and procedure in performing daily tasks
  • Organise data and information
  • Validation and capturing of all finance transactions on MBR system / Parts facility
  • Ensuring that all work received is attended to on the same day  
  • Assist clients with queries about accounts on a daily basis
  • Process the complete transactions / queries received daily, to meet quality and time standards
  • Follow up on outstanding invoice payments from insurance companies
  • Take responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Keeping all client and transaction records up to date
  • Filing of documentation
  • Reception duties (Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages)

Requirements:

  • Min matric
  • Secretarial / Administrative qualification advantageous
  • Min 1 year previous administrative experience
  • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Internet and Email)

Salary:

  • R8000 per month depending on qualifications and experience (Please state your salary expectation and notice period along with your application)
