Office Manager with Sales-Marketing and Financial Admin duties


  • At least 3-4 years experience in a similar role

Staff Management:

  • Effective management of staff

Client service:

  • Professional phone label
  • To take the orders accurately
  • To ensure the correct information is passed to the operational department


  • Follow Company Marketing Program
  • Telephonic marketing
  • Cross marketing of all the Group products
  • Fetching daily and monthly “targets”
  • Help grow and expand the business


  • Management of all collections
  • Deduce of sums if customers do not pay
  • Submitting add-ons if clients do not pay
  • Handouts: Put on “Accountability” and go through “blacklist” process.
  • Reconcile the receipt of system receipts
  • Monthly termination on company program
  • Post of statements and invoices
  • Debtors Report to Management
  • Revolve Budget Reports for Meetings
  • General Account Inquiries & Recons
  • Pro-rata invoices day to day
  • Handling of order book as per policy


  • Reconciliation of creditors
  • Post Payments by Creditors
  • Posting of all company invoices & creation of invoices


  • Post of Bank
  • Petty cash and bank reconciliation
  • Transfer wage information to Head Office
  • Daily report forwarding
  • Any other reasonable assignment as directed by your request
  • Administration
  • Quotations must be handled as per policy
  • Make sure correct customer information is loaded
  • Filing must be up to date
  • Weekly reports must be timely and complete
  • Any other reasonable assignment as directed by your request
