PA to Director/HR Admin based at our Head Office is Salt River

We are searching for an experienced and individual to provide a high level of secretarial and administrative
support to the Executive Director. The successful candidate will be responsible
for providing essential administrative functions


Min 5 years’
experience as a PA to high level management

3- year ND
in Office Management and Technology/Office Management/Business Management

Previous payroll

Must be
highly Computer literate with advanced MS Office

Electronic Diary Management

Take meeting minutes

Preparing correspondence on the Director’s behalf

Commissioning work on the Director’s behalf, –
liaising with staff, clients, etc.

Conducting research on the internet

Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment

Ad hoc tasks required by Director, Personal banking,
errands etc.

Other administrative duties as required

HR administration/Recruitment
and Selection administration

Related and highly negotiable dependent on experience
