The succesfull candidate will manage and lead the Payroll and HR Administrative teams ensuring that all processes are efficient and that the necessary audit controls are in place and to assume full accountability and management of the payroll function end to end.

 

Salary: R350 000 – R500 000 per annum depending on experience

Requirements:
Matric
Related 3 year tertiary degree
Advanced MS Office skills, particularly EXCEL,
5 + years’ experience in managing Payroll and HR Admin function
Excellent analytical and numerical ability
Knowledge of latest payroll technology and process trends
Proven track record on process improvement
Experience on VIP Payroll and HR Systems would be advantageous
Experience in working in a high volume, large payroll environment (1000 + employees)
Experience with high volume call center payrolls would be advantageous

Duties:
Monthly review of payroll processing and payroll financials.
Ensuring accurate and efficient inputting of payroll data on a monthly basis
Managing all statutory returns
Overseeing any audits conducted internally or externally
Ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements.
Payroll system management
Daily operational management of the payroll and admin function.
Ensuring proper controls are in place within the Payroll and HR Admin areas.
