My client based in Bellville is currently looking for a Personal Assistant (EE) / Project Administrator / Office Manager, Contract or permanent. Rates TBC

 

Requirements

·         Senior Certificate

·         Diploma or tertiary qualification.

·         Knowledge / Qualfication in Project Administration will be advantageous.

 

Experience

·         5 years’ experience as an senior Personal Assistant

·         3 years’ experience as a Project Administrator

·         Exposure to MS Project

 

Knowledge

·         Formal project methodology

·         MS Project

·         MS Office  (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

·         E2-Financials

·         SRS system

·         Outlook : Mail & Calendar

·         Telephone etiquette

·         Time management strategies
