PRACTICE MANAGER SEA POINT R10 000

Wonderful new position to work and manage the operations of a chiropractic practice.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Answering of telephones
  • Monitoring and checking emails
  • Booking appointments
  • Taking, following up and logging of payments
  • Greeting of patients and managing effective patient communication
  • Managing all patient communication software
  • Managing practice finance, daily cash up, including internet banking and sage one
  • Communicating with other health care providers
  • Co- Managing all marketing activities
  • Managing travel plans
  • Managing social media

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years office management experience,preferably within a medical practice
  • Computer Literate (MS Word/ Excel)
  • Hard working ethic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understands that the practice is growing and wants to be part of it
