Our client has a position for a procurement administrator.

The following will need to be covered by the suitable candidate:

·        Placing and  expending of orders from mills

·        Update delivery dates in system

·        Check selling prices in the system

·        Costing of orders

·        Checking reports for vacancies

·        Assisting with stocktaking administration

·        Compile reports for management

Requirements/qualifications

·        Minimum grade 12

·        5 years buying and costing experience (mill costing would be advantageous)

·        Knowledge of the SAP essential

·        Well rounded experience in an administrative position

·        Excellent computer literacy on MS Office is essential

·
