I.T Hardware and software start-up company has a vacancy for a professional and dynamic Receptionist/ office Manager to join their team. Staff compliment currently 40 employees.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be below 3o
- Gr. 12
- English first language and Afrikaans 2nd language
- At least 2 years experience in reception
- Excellent Word and Excel proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong, assertive and independent
- Think outside the box and able to use initiative
- Able to cope under pressure in fast paced ever changing environment
- Quick thinker and goal driven
- Passion for providing support
Responsibilities:
- To man busy switchboard
- To manage company stationary requirements
- To manage company grocery and cleaning requirements
- To manage company driver and cleaning lady (Daily office cleanliness checks)
- To reconcile monthly courier statements
- To arrange and co-ordinate office maintenance and repair work
- To arrange and co-ordinate garden services. office plant care and PC cleaning
- To arrange monthly staff lunches and guest refreshments
- To arrange meetings and training sessions
- To manage boardroom bookings
- To arrange flight, car and accommodation bookings
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday am to pm
Remuneration:
- Negotiable
