Well known property brand requires an exceptional candidate with an eye for detail with above average administration skills to assist with a growing rental portfolio in the City area. Position to start 1 February 2015. You will need to…

1. Have a good grasp of the property management system PayProp with at least 1 year experience

2. Have exceptional phone manner and be firm, flexible and fair

3. Have a good grasp of office software

4. Be able to deal with challenging maintenance issues and liaise with contractors and tenants

5. Attend to personal items for the business owner 

6. Have your own vehicle and phone

7. Be experienced with admin duties and be systematic and detailed

Duties include;

1. Phone enquiries

2. General property management duties

3. General admin duties

4. Facilitating payprop admin

5. Follow up with contractors from quotes to invoices to inspections of works done

Remuneration: R5900PM to R7500pm with various incentives on offer.
