Vacancy FRONT HOUSE RECEPTION – CLAREMONT Purpose of the job: Creating a professional and friendly first impression and maximise member satisfaction Responsibilities include but are not restricted to the following: * Answering telephones speedily and in an articulate manner * Greeting and accessing members * Efficiently assisting and resolving queries * General administration duties including receipting and reconciling cash from members Candidate requirements: * Basic PC literacy * Customer service driven * Superior written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact at all levels * Must be flexible and adaptable * Display friendly and efficient qualities that reflect the Planet Fitness way * Use initiative to resolve queries * Own Reliable transport is essential * Must be able to work rotational shifts * English and Math at Matric level Qualified applications are invited to submit their CV’s to aeysha.chafeker@planetfitness.co.za on or before 27 November 2014.
